At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in original, unused condition.
Register Your Return
Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring they are clean and free of horse hair or debris.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the return portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to your nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
